Ctrl-Y has spent time building a library of training workshopsfor new members and mentors. These include programming (Java), CAD, and Fusion 360.
These workshops consist of instruction documents in Google Drive available at the link below that walk students through every step to successful robot construction and programming.
Each year, the game is split into 3 distict parts:
Autonomous
TeleOp (Driver Controlled)
End game.
During each section, teams score points and once endgame is over, the match ends and the team with the most points wins.
Judging recognizes holistic team success beyond just on-field robot performance.
